1. Orders & Payment

➤ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.

➤ Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly at support@saristyles.com for any changes or cancellations.

➤ How to use a promo code?

Add your items to your cart, enter your promo code in the field provided and click “Apply” before finalizing your purchase.

2. Delivery & Shipping

➤ What are the delivery times?

• Standard (France): 3 to 5 working days.

• Express (France): 24 to 48 hours.

• International: 5 to 10 working days.

➤ What are the delivery costs?

• Standard delivery: €5 (free for purchases over €150).

• Express delivery: €10-€15 depending on the destination.

➤ How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your package from your customer account.

3. Returns & Exchanges

➤ Can I return an item?

Yes! You have 14 days after receipt to return an item if it doesn't suit you. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

➤ How to make a return?

1. Contact us at support@saristyles.com with your order number.

2. We will send you return instructions.

3. Upon receipt and validation of the item, we will proceed with the refund within 5 to 7 working days.

➤ Are returns free?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

➤ Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if you would like a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

➤ Are your suits adjustable?

Our suits are designed to be well tailored, but you can have them altered by a tailor for a perfect fit.

➤ What materials do you use?

We favor high-quality fabrics: wool, cotton, linen and technical blends to ensure comfort and elegance.
