1. Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly at saristyle.contact@gmail.com for any changes or cancellations.
How to use a promo code?
Add your items to your cart, enter your promo code in the field provided and click “Apply” before finalizing your purchase.
2. Delivery & Shipping
What are the delivery times?
• Standard (France): 3 to 5 working days.
• Express (France): 24 to 48 hours.
• International: 5 to 10 working days.
What are the delivery costs?
• Standard delivery: €5 (free for purchases over €150).
• Express delivery: €10-€15 depending on the destination.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your package from your customer account.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes! You have 14 days after receipt to return an item if it doesn't suit you. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
How to make a return?
1. Contact us at saristyles.contact@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Upon receipt and validation of the item, we will proceed with the refund within 5 to 7 working days.
Are returns free?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if you would like a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Our suits are designed to be well tailored, but you can have them altered by a tailor for a perfect fit.

We favor high-quality fabrics: wool, cotton, linen and technical blends to ensure comfort and elegance.
